Selection

You enter the programme by registering your interest on line.

In addition to being capable of becoming excellent aviators, we have an expectation of our graduate pilots to be proficient managers with an intuitive ability to prioritise and make informed decisions under pressure. Leadership and excellent communication skills are essential qualities for all applicants.

Our selection process includes a review of your application, followed by a professional assessment process that includes psychometric testing, interviews and an Aviation Medical.

We will make an assessment of your suitability for flight training. Where applicable, a debrief will be available. Recommendation for further Airline selection may be made at this point, otherwise your suitability for airline selection will be delayed until later in the programme, subsequent to performance assessments during training.
