With the commercial airline industries requirements in mind, the candidates are groomed from day one for a position as first officers, and future captains, of a modern jet aircraft. 

The primary philosophy of the Jet Pilot Programme is an airline orientated curriculum coupled with structured delivery in a focused environment. This is achieved with a dedicated aviation training campus combined with a disciplined 24/7 aviation culture.
