ATPL Theory Course

In conjunction with Bristol Groundschool who have been providing this unique distance learning programme since 2001. It will greatly increase your ability to study effectively from home. The course includes a series of full-colour study books and a CD-ROM. The CD-ROM contains more than 2500 illustrations and animations to help you understand the subject matter.

In addition you will have access to the ATPL forum where you can ask technical questions and communicate with other students. For an additional fee you can also log in to the ATPL question bank to view and practice with thousands of questions similar to the ones you will see in your exams.

Exams are taken in Dublin. You can split the 14 mandatory exams into two sessions. Having selected the module you want to start with, you will study the syllabus at your own pace. When you are ready, we will make an application to the IAA for an examination sitting.

Counted from the end of the calendar month when the Module One exams were first attempted, you will have 18 months to pass all 14 exams.
